Luka Kos (mag. iur., Faculty of Law, University of Zagreb) is a legal advisor and provider of free legal aid to refugees and other migrants at the Center for Peace Studies. He also serves as a Management Board Member of the Trade Union of United Precarious Workers and Activists. Since 2025, he has been Head of the Building an Inclusive Society program within the Center for Peace Studies. In this role, he focuses on delivering legal assistance; providing training on anti-discrimination and intercultural policymaking for civil servants and other public-sector professionals; and advocating for and supporting migrant-led organizations. As an external expert to the Office for Human Rights and Rights of National Minorities of the Government of Croatia, he is currently supporting the cities of Rijeka, Zagreb, Osijek, and Karlovac in establishing local coordination bodies for the integration of third-country nationals. The Center for Peace Studies, which he represents, has been active for more than 25 years in promoting and protecting human rights and advancing social change grounded in the values of democracy, anti-fascism, non-violence, peacebuilding, solidarity, and equality.
